Ramanathan Hariharan

Ramanathan has been a Project Manager for over 13 years. His experience in project management and control includes scheduling, costing, reporting, risk management and engaging with multiple stakeholders in the agile & waterfall environment. He has extensive experience in contract management, vendor management, cost estimation & business process improvement using 6 sigma methodologies.​

Ramanathan has completed a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and Post Graduate studies in Petroleum Management. He is also 6 Sigma Green Belt certified.  His extensive industry experience and studies have led him to writing training materials that have engage learners whilst providing them knowledge and skill sets they require to excel in their fields.
